An integrated management system is a key factor for success in national and international competition. It also provides a framework for implementing hofmann CERAMiC’s corporate policies. Our integrated management system for planning, controlling, reviewing, and ensuring the ongoing improvement of all corporate processes includes:

Besides the best possible quality, our goal is to care for the environment and energy resources in all areas of our company – from corporate management to the time the product is used by our customers. Of course, we complete all our work in accordance with the guidelines, basic principles, and goals set forth in our quality, environmental, and energy policies, right from the start. This helps us to not only optimize quality and protect the environment, but also reduces our own costs. Implementing our objectives and commitments helps us to ensure economic efficiency and the continued success of our company.

We understand quality as process-oriented action by our employees to continuously fulfill the requirements and expectations of our customers. This includes ensuring our products and services always meet their needs for excellence, reliability, and supplier deadline adherence. Qualified and committed employees are just as important as communication and ongoing discussions with customers and the public. Our goal is to permanently ensure the high quality of our product deliveries and our services. That’s why we invest in the ongoing development and improvement of our products and their production.

We treat the environment with care. Our guiding principles and environmental goals focus on using recyclable resources, reducing resource consumption and waste, and systematically improving environmental management. Our consistent goal is to develop our products such that they help protect the environment not only during their manufacturing, but also during their use and disposal.

Energy efficiency is a key focus for our corporate management. We are working to reduce our energy consumption over the long-term and to increase our energy efficiency by using ongoing improvement processes.

Of course, hofmann CERAMiC always adheres to all legal regulations and requirements. Our employees are aware of and follow our quality, environmental, and energy-related goals. This means every employee and every position at the company contributes to implementing our quality, energy, and environmental policies. We believe we have an obligation to always provide outstanding performance in the areas of quality and environmental and energy management. Our integrated management system fulfills the requirements of international standards DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, and DIN EN ISO 50001.
