Hofmann CERAMiC manufactures ceramic products and risers at its “Erdbach” site, serving, among others, the foundry industry, with products found in numerous gating systems for various customers. Our technical ceramics division supplies high-performance ceramics and conducts internal process optimization for customers, enabling them to manufacture more efficiently and effectively. To meet the high demands of the industry and to uphold the reputation and success of hofmann CERAMiC, the management defines this corporate policy.
Our goal is to ensure – in addition to the highest quality – the sustainable use of environmental and energy resources in all areas of the company, right up to the application of our products by the customer. Therefore, we maintain an integrated management system comprising quality, environmental, and energy management, which is internalized and actively practiced by every employee. We regularly set specific objectives to achieve our overall goal. All necessary resources are provided for this, and environmental protection and energy efficiency are prioritized when acquiring materials and services. We carefully select our suppliers to consistently support, among other things, international human rights and fair competition. In addition to the requirements of the management systems, we commit to complying with applicable legal requirements.
