Disclaimer
The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility or liability for any damages which occur when ceramic filters are used under the following circumstances:
- There is no four-sided, framed seating available for the filter. Here the appropriate seating has to be built according to the shape of the filter or has to be ensured by using the respective positioning model.
- Casting heights of more than 100mm and/or casting weights of more than 1000kg. In these cases the molten mass is often distributed unevenly onto the filters.
- The casting capacity of the filters in kg is exceeded. In this case the entire casting weight (including sprue, feeder etc.) has to be observed. Further detailed information concerning the respective filter capacity is provided in our data sheets.
- The filter thickness is reduced for cost reasons. We highly recommend a minimum filter thickness of 22mm when using filters with an edge length of 82mm and longer.
- The application of the filters is executed inappropriately, contrary to all technical standards.
